Last week we taught our beginning sewing class (we, as in not me!).  The class was great, Sharon and Margaret did a wonderful  job and the group of young ladies we had together were so fun.

Beginning Sewing is for brand new beginners.  In the class there is an overview of how a sewing machine works.  And by the end of class, the students leave with a super cute pillow case (with all enclosed seams - Sharon [above] is a genius!)

There are three more beginning sewing classes left in the summer schedule.

I am getting so excited to start my Barcelona Skirt sewing class in just a few weeks.  If I had the time, I would love to take all of the sewing classes that are being taught at Tangle this summer.  I’m intrigued by the Multipurpose Tote class as well.  The sample for the class is so cute.  And, it’s great that you can whip it up in quilt-weight fabric.  I took a peek at the class schedules this evening and it looks like there’s still room in many of this summer’s knitting and sewing classes.  So, if you’ve waited until the last minute to sign up - you’re in luck!
